One of our units decided that the middle of summer was a great time to DIE. We decided that the entire HVAC system was to get totally replaced and upgraded. Of course, we didn’t like the fact that we were about to spend $ 6000! People. You get what you pay for. We found that AM was competitive with everyone else. The service from the installers, owner and girl in the office has always been pleasant. Just knowing that I have folks that know what they’re doing and pleasant to deal with is worth it. We’ve now moved on to our next house which needs a new system and our first call … Air Masters. Again, I’m totally not digging spending this much money but again, I know it’ll be done right the first time, a mess won’t be left behind, and it’ll be professional.

When it comes to repair companies like plumbing, electricity and A/C heating service most of these guys are out to rip you off and do not care about the customer unless they are spending 100’s of dollars. However one exception to this is AirMaster Heating and Air. I have been using them for many years now and they have always been professional and honest. When there was an issue, the company took the initiative to make it right without me having to call them multiple times and without having to leave messages that are never returned(As I have experience with other companies). The people at AirMaster are about the customer and they have earned my business for life. Many companies claim they are all about Customer Satisfaction, but AirMaster is one of the few that that actually backs it up. Its just too bad they don’t do plumbing and electrician services as well,

I had used this company on a maintenance plan for 2 years and never had a problem. In fact, I liked the technician. My HVAC unit was leaking. I had them replace the freon, however this didn’t fix the problem. I called and asked them about getting a leak test. They told me it would be $ 150 to perform the test. I told them ok. They said they needed my credit card info. I then decided to hold off, and check with my realtors HVAC guy. I figured I could get the job done cheaper going with an independent. I went with another HVAC guy. I set up the appointment with my realtors HVAC guy and because Airmaster said they couldn’t move forward without a credit card, i just never called them back. Airmaster sent their technician out anyways and my new guy called to tell me they had already sent someone out. I was shocked and angry. I called them about a week later and tried to explain what happened and the girl immediately started talking into me. She had an accusatory tone which frustrated me even further. She basically called me a liar an started accusing me of credit card theft. The conversation became very heated. I called back and asked to speak with the owner. The owner basically did the same thing as the girl who answered the phone. Not willing to listen and accusing me of lying. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life… and all for a $ 150 service call that I DIDNOTAUTHORIZE. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau to complain further.

We bought our home new 6 years ago. In these hot Georgia summers, the a/c never really kept the house cold. However, I generally kept the a/c at 80 because we also have ceiling fans running in every room(and it keeps the bill down). Our a/c units ran non-stop during the summers but I thought that was normal. It wasn’t until I became pregnant that I finally called someone to service our a/c a few summers ago. These guys came out and told me my a/c units were half full of freon. They filled them up and immediately cold air came from the vents. Furthermore, the a/c continually ran at 82⁄83 on the hot days and the day they filled the freon, 78 degrees felt wonderful. The a/c was finally able to cool the house and didn’t have to run non-stop. Within a month, we saw our power bill drop by nearly $ 100. We signed up for their biannual service(heat & air) and have been grateful ever since. We love these guys and they’re straightforward & very knowledgable with any a/c or heating questions you might have. Definitely recommend!
