We had four bathrooms tiled by K&W Flooring in Oct 2012. We were happy with the majority of the job. We are now having problems with tile shifting and grout crumbling on a floor in one bathroom and surprisingly K&W will not call us back to discuss the problem. We just want for them to come tell us what the problem is and fix it. I would think twice about doing business with this company.
