Went to pay my bill on Saturday, the parking lot was full, the handicap spots were taken, so the only spot was on a hill, I called the location over 8 times to talk to someone, out of the 8 times, someone answered once, put me on hold w/out asking if it was ok, and hung up on me, boiling mad, waited long enough a handicap spot came available, patiently waited to be helped, then when I was helped, I was still so mad, I mean what business doesn’t answer their phone during normal business hours? Yes they were busy, anyway had to pay $ 3 extra for paying my bill in the store, why? I don’t know. I was very grumpy, I told them they had the worst customer service ever, Abrah(sp) the manager could have cared less, we were busy, sometime we let our customers use our phone, so you have one phone line at a phone company? And when I said I was hoping someone would come to my car to take payment because I couldn’t find a parking spot, I was told we wouldn’t do that, so you wouldn’t help a paralyzed customer if they couldn’t get into your store to make I payment? Wow! I wasn’t being the best customer, but I’m a customer, no I’m sorry or nothing.
