Phillips 66

Each time I go to this place the card reader is broken ok each gas pump. They have been broken for over 7 months!!! t’s a royal pain in the butt! When I asked a simple question as to when they would be fixed the clueless counter girl first gave me a blank stare then with an attitude stayed that she didn’t know. How do you work somewhere and have no idea about what it broken and what isn’t. Whatever happened to customer service? There are times when people are in a hurry going to work and they don’t have time to wait in a long line while people cash in scratch off cards and lottery tickets. The point of the outside card readers are for what I thought was convenience. I will NEVER patronize this ran down gas station, I will pay the extra coins at Ingles or at the local Exxon. At least there we have the option to wait in line or to use he card reader.

Though it was REALLY cold outside we jumped out to grab gas on the way to Château Élan and mom asked me to run inside and grab coffee. Okay…
The guy behind the counter greeted me so kindly, that never happens in the Bay Area. I told him I needed coffee and a Refresher by Starbucks, if they have them.
He actually came out from behind the counter and helped me look around and made other suggestions when we realized they did not carry them.
I LOVE SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY! I want to package this guy up and bring him to the station by my home… lol
Now, we did locate the Mad Dog 20÷20…

Still catching up on my Thanksgiving reviews… thank you for being patient. This was before that awful foot surgery… I am just happy I could visit my fam and teach them about Unilocal.
