Pizza Hut

What in the heck is up with these Winder restaurants?
This Pizza Hut is so run down it’s not even funny. We’ve ordered from here several times, we’re good loyal customers. Every single times, it’s taken over an hour or more to get our pizzas. Now, they’re not even delivering to us, and we’re only 5 miles — FIVE MILES! — away from them. What in the actual heck? On the one hand we were like, oh well, they had terrible service anyway. On the other hand, we now have no pizza joint to order from.
This place needs to take some lessons from some better Pizza Huts. The one in Statham has NEVER treated me so poorly!

Food was passable and what I expected. My server was OK but let me tell you about the inept, awkward, and lazy server named Cheryl. Despite not being my server she managed to ruin my experience and called into question hygienic practices in the rear of the restaurant due to the practices in the front being completely inadequate. It started around 633. Cheryl is clearing a table. She drops a tray of dishes, boxes and food. She tells her customers that «I will just take care of that after you leave» and then proceeds to do exactly that. This was around 630. After a few minutes when my server came by I told him that the stuff needed to be cleaned up because I didn’t come to eat at pizza hut only to have to stare at a pile of garbage and sauce splatters. I thought that Cheryl may be serving relatives who came to see her as she spoke to the customers at length and in a familiar tone about a variety of topics including the fact that she was divorced. This was not the case as confirmed both by the customers and other Pizza Hut staffers. Cheryl, after her spill spent her time walking toward the back and making small contact with the customers and telling personal stories… apparently «cleaning up the horrible mess I made in the middle of the restaurant» did not register with her. Eventually another server came by and cleaned up the boxes and plates leaving only the food chunks on the floor and various and sundry sauce splatters everywhere, this was as clean as it would get during my visit. The food debris stayed throughout my ENTIRE MEAL. This is completely and totally unacceptable. I know Cheryl is older and it’s close to Christmas but this is not the behavior becoming of anyone employed ANYWHERE in the food industry. I would at the minimum suggest a come to Jesus meeting with her in the event this is isolated. As I said, Cheryl alternated between awkward and uncomfortable small talk, causing wanton destruction, and wandering to the back so as to avoid cleaning. I defy you to stay in business if a health inspector is in at the same hours she is working. I also took pics of the mess after the major debris was cleaned up. Anyone who wants to see them respond to this and let me know.

By far the worst experience EVER!!! We got there, got a seat and our drinks (which my Dr. Pepper was flat) and after waiting 15 minutes for someone to come over so we could order and telling them the Dr. Pepper was flat, we left! Not to mention we were one of only three families and by families i mean parties of 2! On our way to our car we figured out why no one ever came… bc they were OUTSIDE SMOKING!!! The only one inside was the cook and one other guy that walked by our table 3 times!!! HORRIBLE place! Will be calling the manager tomorrow but not sure it will matter.

Winder PH is by far the worst PH I’ve ever been to. I will never eat here again. The pizza was just a greasy mess.

This is absolutely the worst restaurant experience I have EVER had! This Winder Pizza Hut is a joke! I would NOT give it any star if it would let me!
I took my family here just the other day for lunch. We go in, they place us in a booth which was extremely sticky and gross, I get up to move my family to another booth or table and it is just a sticky as the previous booth. I ask for one of the employees to clean our table and she gave me a wet wash cloth to do it myself! We got our drinks immediately, but after waiting awhile we had to ask for our menus and still did not receive them! So I had to get up and get them myself. One of the employees kept slamming pans on the bar very loudly every time she changed out anything on the bar. Our waitress could not keep our drinks refilled for nothing, they could not keep food on the bar (with only just three tables of people), the bar ran out of plates and we had to ask for more, in which the lady that I mentioned before brought them out and slammed them on the bar and walked back into the back, this woman acted pissed the whole time. The spoon that everyone has been touching on the bar feel into the sauce, I brought it to their attention and the «pissed lady» fishes the spoon out and puts another spoon in. Umm NO! You are suppose to switch out the whole thing, because the spoon that EVERYONE has touched has fell into this sauce and that is disgusting if someone eats that! The «pissed lady» blows like she is frustrated and tells our waitress «well, if I switch that out then I’m only giving them this much sauce» and held her fingers to an inch!
The manager was like an 17 – 18 year old kid. All of the three tables in this whole restaurant was complaining about this experience and he had no clue of what to do! If this is how they acted in front of the costumers then I could only imagine what they do in the back of the house! I will NEVER EVER eat in this Winder Pizza Hut! Worst place I have EVER been!

Will not be coming back. The pizza did not taste fresh and the toppings were far from fresh. Some of them looked and tasted like they have been sitting out for 2 days. We are pretty sure the pineapple was spoiled. Apparently all their hand tossed crust comes with garlic sauce on it. I did not know this. Why would you put a strong garlic sauce on a crust when people aren’t expecting it. The pretzel crust did not taste like pretzel, it was just salty crust. Little Caesars pretzel crust is way better. It was edible but Quick Trip pizza is way better. Table and everything on it was sticky.

I love Pizza Hut but this location or either this particular night got me not wanting to visit again.
The closest Pizza Hut to my house is 20 mins away. I ordered my pizza online. It would be done in 15 mins. I went inside about 22 mins later. My pizza wasn’t ready yet. «A few more minutes» I was told. I waited about 10 more then started to get impatient. After 20 mins I stood up at the counter. Finally my pizza comes out and OMG looked a mess. I literally had a thumbprint right in the middle of my pizza. It’s was slanted and all over the box. I ordered stuff crust with bacon, pepperoni and extra cheese. My pizza was just a mess. Had maybe 6 pepperoni on the entire thing. No extra cheese. She offered to make my pizza again. After waiting 45mins for this one. No thanks. It was almost 9pm on a Thursday night, had to get kids in bed. Then she said grab a Pepsi on the way out. Well thank you! I’ve been wanting a stuff crust for months now. Finally spend $ 30 on some pizzas and this is what I get. My cheese breadsticks were burnt. Didn’t even look like there was cheese on them. No one even touched those. My second pizza chicken and cheese was ok. I was so disgusted with the pizza I didn’t even eat it. I’m so upset over this experience I won’t be coming back!

Ordered a pizza for supper. It took a little while to get here, but it was a Friday night, so I get it. The food was hot and yummy. The delivery guy was super nice. I would highly recommend them!

Dropped in at 9 o’clock expecting to be in the way. To my surprise, we had an exceptional experience! :-) my server was all smiles! I hadn’t been in a pizza Hut in years and haven’t been impressed by the brand in the last several visits. I can’t say enough positive things. We ordered 4 different style pizzas for 2 people to have a sampling. Each was wonderful! Pan pizza crust was dead on, crispy on the outside fluffy and light hand tossed just right as was the thin crust. Not to forget the surprise bread sticks! We had bbq chicken, supreme, 3 topping (for my minimalist husband) AND their new schiracha (sp?)…ALL cooled to perfection. Way to go PIZZA HUT Winder GA!!!

Even though they advertise the new gluten free pizza, this restaurant doesn’t have it yet. Ordered hot wings instead. Wings were good, very hot and spicy. Waffle fries were terrible. Friends who had pizza and bread sticks were pleased.

I have eaten a lot of pizzas in my life, but Pizza Hut in Winder served me the worst. I ordered a super supreme, got it home, it had very little sauce and even less cheese. Ended up throwing away half of a pizza, that never ever happens at my house. Wake up, Pizza Hut, you have a lot of competition. Cheese is not optional, neither is sauce. Get with it… meanwhile I’ll take my business elsewhere

Was there at lunch for the buffet. No refills on my drink, they never brought out any new pizzas in the 45 minutes I was there and when I handed them a plate from the buffet plastered with a long wet hair, the girl just shrugged instead of apologizing and comping my meal.
There are Pizza Huts and there are gross restaurants with bad service. Rare to earn this low of a rating (and a zero tip) from me, but they did it. Congratulations
