These people are idiots! I love this place. Cleaner than the other stores I. The area and staff is friendly! My favorite store!

I usually avoid this place like the plague, but where else can you buy carburetor cleaner, a box of ammo, deodorant, a t shirt and some oreos when you’re in a hurry? Turns out, you can’t. Not even at this Walmart. I honestly don’t know why I keep going back. I’ll go a few months without going in, then I guess I forget what a cesspool this place is. Then, I go back, like an idiot. Yesterday, they were out of everything I went in there for. No ammo. No shampoo. No carburetor cleaner. No brake cleaner. No deodorant. No t-shirts in my size. WTF? Why can’t the world’s largest retailer manage to keep their shelves stocked? Seriously? And, clean that place up! It’s disgusting.

Nastiest, dirtiest Walmart I have ever been in. The shelves are pitifully stocked. I saw an undisciplined little urchin LICKING the fresh broccoli in the produce department. Informing her mother did no good, so I found a produce employee near by and told him. That was fruitless also. He just didn’t care. I have several times needed assistance finding items and there’s usually several employees near by… but they’re too busy with whining about wanting a union, to offer any assistance. I’ll never go back there.

Consistently out of stock of in demand items. And not just one day, for days on end. Consistently overstocked on non selling items. It would appear this location has a static restocking routine that never updates based on demand. Ever. Even better is the complete under staffing of cashiers, while maintaining staffing for people to ask for your receipt at the door… This is the place to go when you think that the Walmart in your area is bad! Kind of like going to the circus to see the menagerie of freaks at the side show when you are feeling down about yourself.

I hate this Walmart. The cart returns aren’t emptied often enough, so people just leave carts sitting randomly all over the lot which is downhill. Guess where they all end up… Rolled into the cars parked downhill, mine included. I confronted a manager about it & he was nasty & defensive. Complained about him on the store site to no avail. I only go there for my prescriptions now. The self checkout registers are pathetic old computer systems that seldom work right.

Just Bad. The Saturday before Mothers day at 3:30 and there are half empty shelves and 2 checkout lanes out of 20 open. At least 10 people in each line and self serve is just as bad. New cashiers coming up to line are giving breaks rather than opening new lines. Took almost 30 minutes to check out.

We went to cash a check. The board says they cash rebates and refunds. I had a refund check from a car dealership. Had my name address and everything on it. They couldn’t do it after they said they could and called a manager the first manager signed it and had me wait30 fucking minutes for the other manager, who said they don’t do. They are idiots. The managers are dumbasses and walmart corporation sucks.

Tire & Lube service is slower here than my great granny running a marathon. The staff is about as helpful as an umbrella in a hurricane. Unless you plan on spending the better part of your day sitting in an uncomfortable brown chair watching ineptitude happen all around you, I would go somewhere else for an oil change or tire service.

The people that work here set the bar at a whole new low. In general, they have less intelligence and more attitude than any other customer service industry in Winder… probably in Georgia. Here is my latest ordeal that prompted me to write this review. I returned a gift from a friend that had a regular receipt in the bag. I stated that it was a gift and I had another return on another receipt as well. It took the customer service employee about 4 minutes to process my returned item and give me the cash. Then, I stated again that the second return was a gift and the man proceeded to process the returned gift ANDPUTITRIGHTBACKONMYFRIENDSCREDITCARD! When he told me this was the only option(after he completed the transaction and supposedly couldn’t do anything about it), I was furious. I asked if I could just get the credit and he said it had to go back on the card. I tried to explain how that was my friend’s card and that now I lost my gift, since it was not my credit card, and also my friend was going to know I returned her gift, which was embarrassing. He just stared at me blankly repeating he put the credit on the card. I tried several approaches to let him know I wanted my gift or credit to no avail. I asked if I could have just lied and said I didn’t have the receipt and gotten a store credit and he said«yes» but was unwilling to help me @ this point because he had already credited the card. I was on the verge of getting a manager when I gave up and decided I was glad I didn’t have a credit because I would NEVERSHOPHEREAGAIN!
