Mmmmhm love these sandwiches! AND we just saw we could order online for delivery and pick up. I swear our order came so fast I am so impressed. There was a review on here about them not delivering within 5 miles, but we only live 3.5 miles away and they delivered to us! Sriracha bites are really good, and their turkey bacon avocado sandwich is the best.

Made my second trip to 33 hilltop today and tried out the pulled pork sandwich. Little pricey for kaiser roll $ 9 bucks but wow what a great sandwich. Will go back to try something else soon.

Being from the NYC area, I have high expectations for my deli sandwiches and this Turkey Avocado BLT blew them all out of the park! I can’t wait to stop in again. The staff is also super helpful and friendly. Definitely a must try!

The best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The pastrami on rye is incredible and my wife love the super veggie wrap. Try this spot and you won’t be disappointed. The menu has something for everyone, and the service is great.

Real good, hearty sandwiches. I’d give it five stars if it weren’t for two recurring issues.
1. When you order a panini, they barely warm the bread. You need to order it «well done» in order to get it moderately toasted. Otherwise it ruins your sandwich.
2. For some reason, a simple sandwich takes a minimum of 15 minutes for them to make, regardless of how busy they are.
Definitely a good sandwich shop as long as you have time to wait and you learn how to order properly.

This place is so good! The burgers were cooked perfectly and tasted fresh, not at all dry. Fries were great and a Vanilla Coke to top it all off was perfect. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

So not impressed with this place. Walked in and overheard the owners talking bad about some of their employees. Not professional! I decided to order anyway. I got chicken parm– the bread was dry and they were cheap with the sauce so it made the chicken seem dry as well. I wouldn’t return to this place.

Had a great take out experience this past week. The burgers and fries were hot, the order was correct and the take out counter help was very nice. Wife enjoyed her chicken sandwich and we both agreed the space is better served with these owners rather then the previous.

OK, so, I’ve eaten here twice now and both times have been very good. The food is tasty and there’s a pretty good variety to choose from. The service is great too. Very friendly staff and they deliver too!
I’ve ordered a cheese burger with bacon and avocado and it was delish. I’ve also tried their fries and chicken wings, which were equally yummy.
If you’re in the Windham area, this is a great place to grab lunch or dinner for there or to go.

Great for take out orders! My family likes everything on the menu. Our favorites include: the steak bomb sandwich, chicken parmigiana sandwich, and the mozzarella sticks.
Ask to join the loyalty program. They don’t require you to have yet another plastic card for you to lose. Keeps things simple and easy.
If you choose to dine in, the restaurant is clean and tidy. Enjoy!

We ordered a Reuben and cheeseburger and both were delicious. The roll used with the burger was tasty and it was cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and very helpful as it was our first time ordering from here.
We’ll definitely be back to try other items off the menu!

The name «Hilltop» conjures up images of steaks & chops, remember the Hilltop Steak House in Saugus? When I walked in I expected more of these types of offerings.
I had the Southwest Chicken Panini and I was surprised at how good it was. I little heat, plenty of chicken and bacon, for $ 8.50 it’s a decent deal. The menu (not very big) has burgers, salads and sandwiches. It’s too bad they don’t offer pizza (I mean good pizza) and a better selection of drinks but that’s just my personal preference.
As far as I can see their only competition is Windham House of Pizza (REPULSIVE) and McDonalds so hopefully they last. Windham needs a decent place like this.
Good stuff, I’ll be back.

Long ago and far away there was the Hilltop Convenience Store in Windham, run by Frank and Neal. They had a very good deli, with excellent sandwiches and a lot of salads and such that Neal made in the back. Eventually Frank and Neal went off to greener pastures, and the place changed hands a couple of times. None of them even came close to Frank and Neal.
33 Hilltop has brought a really good sandwich shop back to Windham. Excellent sandwiches with a variety of topping choices. Boars Head meats. Efficient service and fair prices.
It’s great to have a place like this back in town. If they just served their subs on freshly-​made French bread like Frank used to, the place would be perfect.

With something for almost everyone, it is great to welcome 33 Hilltop to Windham. I was quite impressed with the vegetarian options. While not numerous, they were exceptional. The Super Veggie was delicious — it was especially nice to have an option that was well-​thought out and constructed and not merely an afterthought. The staff was engaging and took the time to understand dietary restrictions.
