If I could give zero stars for a rating I would. This is the closest Dunks to my house, and also the most lacking in customer service, accuracy and quality. For over the last three years, there have been spurts of receiving correct orders, filled in with mostly horrible attention to detail. Im not asking for anything like a double soy mocha crappolatte, just a simple large, 2 cream 3 sugar coffee. I end up always getting a cup of cream that looks like Buddy the Elf dosed it with enough cream and sugar to fend off a squad of diabetics for a month. Hence why I changed from saying regular to asking for my coffee with a numerical value. It isn’t hard to just actually listen for the ten seconds and then duplicate said order into the form of a coffee. It is worse during the weekend, when the group of workers cackle and joke loudly with no manager in sight. The best thing to do is stay away and make coffee from home. They have had the patronage from myself and my family for three years, and that ends today.

Can i have a cup of water? Yes, but it will be 99 cents Ok??? And we can only give you a small for 99 cents Really??? Wrong on so many levels, if not illegal.

They are very slow. I ordered two iced coffees and both only 3 ice cubes in them each and the coffees were warm so when the lady took drink to pit more ice them she must have held them to hard and spilt them both so I had to get more coffees. I also ordered and bagel with cream cheese and that was the most depressing bagel ever they just put one big chunk on the bagel and didn’t even attempt to smooth it out. Would never come back

This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts in the World. I have had my last cup of coffee there today. I will try the Village Bean down the road starting tomorrow. I have just recently started bring my coffee back asking for another. And here is a clue for DD workers, when the coffee is more white than brown, it has to much cream in it, when someone returns it you can not fix it by adding more coffee to it, you need to make another one!

I don’t know what it is about the DD in my area. They are SOSLOW compared to the ones in Mass, closer to Boston. This one, along with the one on Rt 97 on the State line in Methuen, kills me every time I go. I get the simplest thing, and I wait, and wait, and wait. I always regret coming, as usually they screw up the order on top of it.

my order consists of a medium, decaf, french– vanilla iced coffee(cream only). that’s it. i always get the same coffee… so why is there such a problem with my order? they should use the handy little guide on the back of the cup, and check off exactly what i ordered– like the Dunkin Donuts in Londonderry,(right near the nines). here in Windham– tonight i received my coffee black– with all the cream sitting at the bottom/no french vanilla/the decaf tasted like dirt. some people, like myself, cannot have caffeine. but i still like the taste of coffee, and should be able to get my coffee exactly the way i order it. i usually just go to the Windham Dunks via the highway, so it is convenient… other than that, i prefer going to Londonderry,(but only the one near the ninety nines). the one near Rite Aid is useless. the coffee is gross, and the service is awful there too. the thing that disturbs me about Dunkin Donuts is that you CAN actually get a coffee that taste exactly the way it is supposed too! if not, we wouldn’t be ordering from there… i generally love my dunkin decaf, french– vanilla, but i wish it would taste the same– every time i order it. kind of like if you order a happy meal from Mc Donald’s. it should always taste like a happy meal. i mean, if that’s what you order and pay for, that’s what you should get. period. the end~!

One tip — Dump the decaf coffee every hour. It is very stale and never hot! I can get much better decaf 1 mile down the road at Honey Dew and only go to this Dunkin if someone gives me a gift card. Easy fix — change the decaf!

This place can be a train wreck at times and I agree with an earlier post about«sorry we are out of that» all the time. There is a blue shirt manager in there that has such a loud mouth hammering negative comments on the employees, if I wanted to hear that crap I would have stayed home… SHUT it and whisper in the back room! They have a limited selection and I travel the area and their Donuts are the smallest of all the Dunkees I go to. Parking sux but love the XM radio music

Stopped in this morning because I had no other choice. No parking, pain to get in and out of, and slow service. There was only one register open at 8am and it took about 7 – 8 minutes for an iced coffee. I hate Dunkins and wish they didnt have a monopoly on the coffee market around here — this one is a perfect example as why.

What you get here is the same as what you’d get at any other Dunkin Donuts, except that here, you might have to try several times before you get what you want. A typical day at the Windham Dunkin Donuts: Everything bagel with cream cheese on the side? All out of everything bagels. Garlic bagel? All out. Okay, just give me a plain bagel, toasted, cream cheese on the side. Sigh. Watermelon Coolata? Sorry, no. Strawberry? No, the machine is actually broken today. I do go here. It’s convenient and what you do get isn’t bad. A plain bagel here is the same as the plain bagels at the other Dunkin Donuts the world over. The only problem is, they’re probably out of whatever it is you want, unless you want a plain bagel and a plain old coffee. Even at 6 am.
