Horrible dunkin donuts! Do not ever go to this one. The owner supposedly lived in Greece. The manager Massachusetts? How can you possibly run a store like that? The manager of the store accused my mother of stealing from her except my mother never even got her whole order! This place clearly doesn’t run efficiently. I can tell you we will never be returning to this Dunkin Donuts!

This is your typical Dunkin’ Donuts. Nothing amazing and nothing terrible. Sometimes it’s slow sometimes it’s fast sometimes it’s fresh and sometimes it’s not. Staff is usually nice the parking can be a real bear but overall it’s not a bad place to stop if you need a cup of coffee and a bagel.

At 8:20 am they were out of large iced cups and cinnamon raisin bagels. No apology. no customer service skills. then they messed up our order by missing the first thing. some training needs to go on here.

Terrible dunkin donuts. Waited forever to get my egg sandwich and when I finally got it, the egg was cold. How hard is it to microwave the egg? I recommend going to Mcdonalds for egg mcmuffins instead.

Sneads Ferry, NC
This is the slowest and worst DD I have ever been to. One worker rang me up, wrote my order on the cups (unnecessary when I’m the only customer and ordering 3 totally different things) and making the drinks. Another worker soon came out talking on the phone and prepared a drink for herself. Also had no splenda for my drink… very bitter, old, burnt coffee. Never again.
