Highly recommend! My mom lives close by and goes frequently for facials and massages with Christine. While visiting I had reflexology with Judy which was really wonderful-my first. And a massage with Kaela that was in the running for best massage ever! My sister also had a massage with her and was extremely happy. No high-frills spa atmosphere but very nice and very very clean. Great customer service

I had a much needed 2 hour massage with Kaela today and it was dreamy! Very reasonably priced at $ 125 for 2 hours, easy to book online, beautiful place. Do it, you deserve it.

The massage experience I had was great. The service that I received after that was horrendous! Dealing with the billing was excruciating considering our services, deposits and info was just written down on a piece of paper. We had to pay 2 different people and would not allow us to use our coupons even though the coupon clearly stated the only stipulation was to use it on any initial service of $ 50 more. Each of us spent $ 80 or more! I think they assumed we were only there on vacation and would never be back so they could screw us out of the discount. Little do they know we own a place 5 minutes down the road and are up there throughout the year. They could have had 5 new loyal customers but decided to alienate us all. I hope it was worth $ 40 you saved your spa because we’ll be going elsewhere.

Went here over the weekend and had a terrible experience. First off, the services were good. The nail technician and massage therapists did a good job. It was the ownership and the way they run the business that ruined our experience. We booked a large party in advance and paid a 50% deposit. The services were not cheap and we spent quite a bit on multiple services each. After receiving our services, the woman in charge(owner’s mother) created a complicated payment system where we had to pay each technician individually as independent contractors in separate transactions. Their website offers a $ 10/off your first visit that we tried to apply. Apparently, they had no intention of honoring that despite being told ahead of time by the owner that it was applicable. First the mother told us that we couldn’t use it because we were«out of state» then she said we couldn’t use it because it could not be applied to packages, after calling the owner on the phone who contradicted her mother, she then refused to accept the coupons because they were on a smart phone. Ironically, after that, we were denied paper receipts for our transactions because she had all the technicians charging our credit cards separately on their smart phones with no ability to provide paper receipts. Neither the coupon nor their website indicated any of these restrictions she was making up. There was no «Maine residents only», no «not valid on packages» or «not valid electronically» requirements stated anywhere. She was just cheap and making it up so as not to honor their own promotion. No surprise we were the only clients there on a weekend. I feel bad for the therapists and technicians who work there as they were visibly embarrassed and trying to make-up for the ridiculous behavior of the ownership. The woman also spoke down condescendingly to the nail technician and therapists, talked incessantly and was incredibly rude. Stay clear. These owners don’t deserve your money. Maybe work directly with the therapists outside of this salon.
