Prompto

Took a whopping 5 minutes to change my oil AND replace one of my windshield wipers. I waited longer in line. Friendly staff.

Manager Toby went above and beyond today.
I had my oil changed @ Prompto in Windham just about a month ago and this weekend noticed that my oil light was on and when I checked it… NO OIL! I had a friend take a peek under the car and he found that the oil pan was cracked. I took it to Prompto and spoke with Toby. He immediately had me drive it in and took a look.
He brought me down and showed me where the pan was cracked and dented. I must have hit something while driving (whoops!) and didn’t notice. He sent me to an auto supply store to get JD Weld and told me to come back and he’d apply it for me. He and his employees applied two coats for me and said I could come back next week and they’d put another coat on for me.
This was not their error and they could have just sent me on my way but Toby took charge of the situation and really helped me out. I can’t say enough good things about the guys at this Prompto, I’m really impressed.
