After visiting Medispa for fillers on two occasions, I found that this is NOT the place to go. Lisa Vuich (Hatzos) is an M.D., but not a board certified plastic surgeon which I found out is incredibly important when doing even fillers. I followed up with a Harvard-trained plastic surgeon and she corrected the issues I had from my Medispa visits. Medispa is incredibly expensive and the staff is less than friendly. Do yourself a favor and go to a board certified plastic surgeon for any type of facial/body rejuvenation. I learned my lesson.

I have had a great experience everytime I went to this medispa. It’s a very nice place and the staff has always been wonderful. I had a VI Peel with Felicia and It was great. Lisa has done a few IPL’s for me and I would highly recommend them. I think it’s one of the best medispa’s in the area.

Prices are high. Lisa is cold and unfriendly and makes you feel like you are an inconvenience. I can get my services cheaper elsewhere.

Spa is beautiful inside. Staff really is not friendly and inviting. Prices are high. I used a groupon and ungraded to shellac, which really needed another coat of polish and chipped after two days.

Service was ok, but results not as expected. Nice people, but I went for eyelash extensions and my lashes were way to thin after she was done. Not enough lashes applied. I have had it done elsewhere and I got about 50−60% of what I had in another salon. Won’t be back for this service, but might try others.

Once again another amazing experience at renew! I absolutely feel renewed after my visit with Dr. Lisa. she is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. She is very easy to talk to and is wonderful at her craft! A true artist and takes her time. I have been 2 times now and both experiences were great! When you walk in the décor is soothing and the front desk staff are inviting and friendly.
