Well, I have been shopping here for many years and one thing is consistent. Not the red uniforms, not the fact that they sell office supplies, but the fact that the experience always sucks.
If only there were a place that I can send faxes and buy office supplies closer by, I would shop there often. It seems this place never has their act together and never has lines moving quickly.
Management seems disinterested in customer service and unfortunately that trickles down to the entire experience. My vote, shop online. Shop with Amazon or some other website.
