Great gym with some great staff, if you really want to better yourself this is the place to be. I’ve been here for 4 years and couldn’t be happier with the atmosphere and the equipment.

I have been a member before and just now restarted a membership.
The gym as a whole provides ok customer service and a very wide array of classes to a much larger than average range of work out equipment. I am currently an add on to a VIP package and was before. The only thing negative about the billing I would say are the yearly Maintenance fees, gyms run on a model that expect people not to show up. With that in mind an addition maintenance fee on top of your monthly fee and your start up fee seems excessive. Aside from the bling the culture seems friendlier than most with most regular goers seeming to know each other and offer positive support.
All types of physiques and commitment levels are apparent with the average being a slightly stronger person than average which means no matter your athleticism you will fit in.
The only overall negative thing I can say is that the downstairs area really isn’t that clean compared to many other gyms I have been a part of.
This appears to be the best gym in the area in terms of attitudes and equipment/​free weight variety, if you Are looking for a decent and comfortable gym to work out in SFF might be the place for you just keep in mind it isn’t particularly cheap and it could be cleaner.

After sending a letter months ago to cancel my membership after being told by a pretty rude girl on the phone that that was the only way to do it, I was just informed by a collection agency that I have a huge balance that I have to pay or it will affect my credit. I sent a letter and apparently SSF never got it so now it’s my fault and I have a huge balance to pay within a week. Never was a fan of this gym which is why I cancelled my membership as soon as the 1 year locked in was up, which I was never told originally thought it would be month to month and when I tried to cancel the first time they told me I had to pay for a year before I was allowed to cancel. Ugh, so not pleased. Off to pay this ridiculous amount, won’t ever return to this gym.
