I called for a last minute reservation this morning and they were able to get me in for the afternoon. It was an amazing experience. My massage therapist was Antonia… I highly recommend!

They were extremely accommodating. I asked for a same day appointment and they had no trouble helping me out. However, I did this during the weekday, I think they get a lot more crowded on weekends. Everyone was friendly on the phone, and welcoming when you walked in. At check in they offer you water or tea, and again after your service is done. I definitely plan on coming back!

I don’t go to spas often but I can say that The Windham Spa is an excellent choice when you are in the mood to be pampered. Was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in and was shown to a cozy sitting area where I was given hot tea while I waited for my massage. My 90 minute massage with Ashely was fabulous! Spent some much needed relaxation time in their gorgeous Nail Lounge. On my way out the very knowledgable spa manager Sadhbh helped me to choose from their organic face and hair products to fit my needs. Overall wonderful experience and I will be back again!
