Horrible hotel! Stayed in room 239 (currently here) and had the AC set at 65. The room never dropped below 80! I removed the cover off of the inside unit and seen the filters had not been changed since 2006! I was the first one to use shower and seen a clump of hair stuck to the side of the tub. Not well maintained at all…

Worst hotel stay ever! Went there for a function. Had to clean own bathroom. Dirty sink, garbage in can, discolored sheets, broken noisy air conditioner. The hallways were filthy! Didn’t even want to touch the railings. I’m usually one who loves to sleep in… we bailed out of there before 8am. Never again. Hotel Hell!!! Stay very far away! Only one good thing was the receptionist. She was very informative as to how to find our room. Hope she finds a better hotel to work for.

Unfriendly, dirty, stale smokey rooms, booked by phone for $ 79. Sign posted out front states $ 59.

While Ryan the front desk attendant was very friendly. The rest of this dump was just that. Vending machines were out of order. Air conditioning did not work and was covered in mold. No vent in bathroom slippery floor from mold. A non smoking room not really it smelled awful. We couldn’t even get a bottle of water. We won’t be back! Oh my daughter works for this company and she will be informed to pass on this review. We traveled all day from Phoenix only to find none of the amenities described to us.

Now I understand why this hotel has so many negative reviews. My family and I stood for a night during Memorial Day weekend and the service was just horrible. First, the outdoor pool was closed… I thought all pools opened for Memorial Day weekend?.not here apparently. Next, there was no ice… I guess you’ll have to cross the street for a bag of ice… Now here’s the biggest reason why I decided to post this review… otherwise it would’ve been a more positive one… we decided to go play pool for a bit and from the moment we walked in we were treated like trash. First of all, the bartender didn’t even greet us. We had 2 cups in our hand and she rudely told us that we couldn’t bring any outside beverages. Completely understandable but not when you don’t even say … Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience, etc… just plain «just to let you know, you can’t bring outside beverages here.» So we said ok and continued our game. And later on. She again gave us an attitude in regards to the tv being off and then said out loud that no one under the age of 21 should be there even though there was no one under age… Ok… At this point we just had it. We asked her if she had any issues with us because it felt as if she was bothered by us more than anything else… I’m not one who complains about racism or believes everyone is out to get me because I’m Hispanic but I’m not sure if this was a racial issue since we were the only Hispanic ones at that moment. One thing lead to another and we had an argument because the bartender was just arguing back with us instead of apologizing. The argument ended but they called the cops; I guess for entertainment perhaps; it was unnecessary and such a waste of time. The cops must’ve been pist off from how stupid the call was. The cops told us to just continue playing… So funny. What did they think was going to happen… Anyways, we woke up early for breakfast because we read before booking that a complimentary breakfast would be offered… guess what! No breakfast because it was Memorial Day… fabulous vacation weekend! Please just avoid staying here. There’s plenty of other hotels and it’s not even as clean as it should be.

This is the old Ramada Inn. I stayed here two years ago. It was a hole then and still is. Had I realized this was the same place I would never have booked it.
Just because you change the name and repaint the front door does not make it better. Lipstick on a pig. Dirty, worn out, and in major need of overhauling.
Yes it is cheap compared to other chains, but I would risk my family’s health here.
I will be sending my full report to their home office. This isn’t the only chain where I am Diamond customer.

I noticed for their exterior view they took it at an angle that didn’t show the attached «bar». Lobby smelled of smoke from the bar. Room decent enough for the price. Hair behind toilet was gross. Needs a little deeper cleaning. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants and bed was comfortable. Hotel was extremely quiet. I didn’t see any other guests the entire time.

A bit old fashioned in design but clean and well maintained. Excellent for the price.
