An OK first experience – not bad but not great. Needed routine service maintenance on a generator, which they do. First phone call was not returned, so I called again 2 weeks later. This time, a girl in the office returned my call, gave me a quote for service and we set an appointment. The next day, she called back saying I was double booked and asked if I could reschedule – sure, no problem. The day of service, the technician was on time but had no customer skills. He helped himself to my property and equipment without even knocking on the door, introducing himself, explaining what was being done or how long it would be. He was very awkward in answering our questions and he was there for a very short time, all of 20 minutes –didn’t exactly correlate to the price paid. As I said, not bad but not great. I plan to look around the next time I need service.
