Dunkin’ Donuts

Great location. This is my regular Dunkin and the employees are fantastic! I have gone at different times of day and they are always efficient and courteous.
Expect your regular Dunkin Donuts fare here. I have had a handful of times where they were out of something, but other than that they are fast on serving up what I ordered. They even remember my regular order.

This is just like most locations and if you want to stop in and get something easy you will be fine. I generally like Dunkin donuts coffee so I always stop into a location of its convenient. However if you make any special requests they will mess it up. Today I stopped in on my to work. I normally don’t go to this location but had to make a stop in the area. I just wanted a medium black coffee with 3 sugars and a blueberry muffin, heated with butter. You would think that’s easy enough to pull off. My coffee had cream in it and my muffin did have butter but it was not warmed and the butter was in a giant nasty clump.
Unfortunately I didn’t check my order until I got out of the parking lot. So I had to turn around and go back. The staff was a little rude and wanted to insist that i ordered my coffee with cream and the muffin was heated. I had been here previously and they messed my order up before. Due to the poor customer service I probably won’t be back to this location.

It is difficult to understand the woman who usually works the drive thru window in the mornings. She constantly interrupts my order and I hear her speaking to other employees through the speaker. Quite frustrating at times. My order is sometimes incorrect. I do, however enjoy thier coffee and turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. I dont eat pork so it can be difficult to find a place other than DD that offers an alternative.

The narrow minded Indian managers enjoy firing employees with the most courteous nature towards customers while retaining Arab Egyptians that denounce their African heritage and refuse to accept any other affiliates of other religions.

This is my Dunkin Donuts location of choice. It’s located at the intersection of Dogwood & Lord Baltimore, just down the road from Security Mall. It’s in a small shopping center with Subway, a liquor store, and a dry cleaner.
They have a drive thru and service is quick! The morning employees don’t mess around, they are fast, friendly, and will remember your order if you are a regular. My coffee is always made right here. Only negative is that this is a busy location and they may run out of things as the day goes on.
