I am a Pakistani girl who was grown up with the meals that were served in this buffet and it was just utterly horrible. I had gone there a couple years back and the food was just purely disgusting, my own cousin said that the employees were eating better meals from elsewhere than where they were serving. I had gone again recently after years and decided to give the place another shot and again I was EXTREMELY disappointed. The food is tastless, absolutely nothing like how Paki food tastes like. And let me tell you about the infestation problem. This restaurant has more bugs I have ever seen in my life. I was up getting some rice, one thing I actually seemed like kind of teach myself to like at the place, and BOOM out comes a one inch cockroach from the rice. I COMPLETELYFREAKEDOUT. I took it to the manager and complained how there was a bug in the rice and even showed her the video my little brother made of it and also complained about the flies that were everywhere and his response was«Ma’am there are kids here that tend to pick up bugs and drop them in the food.» after that he ordered one employee to change the rice. I couldn’t trust the place anymore I up and left and trashed the $ 13.50 I had paid for my buffet. Overall, worse place I have been too. Tasteless food, bug infestation, and lack of professionalism. Never will be giving this place a 3rd chance.

It was the worst food I ever had in my life there was a bug in my soup and the customer service was ridiculously unprofessional I would not recommend anyone going to this restaurant. We drove from Virginia to Maryland because we heard so many great things about this restaurant by the time we got there we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes just to be seated the waiter brought the drink and the total was flat basically was water down the food was cold and tasteless I am preparing some soup which I found mosquito in there try to explain to the hostess of the situation she just kind of walked away from us

If you really like some food at first time then don’t go there very often, give some time for your next visit , So I’m here after few months, now I feel like I just wast my time and money ‚ Very few number of Chinese dishes and number of Pakistani dishes, and taste awful ‚ I came here after few months, so that time it was okay to eat but now? Not at all, 11.22 $ for lunch buffet? Ridiculous ! Flat drink, some local cola brand not even Pepsi or coke ! Not coming any more, bye bye

Tasteless food. they go with quantity over quality. Just an FYI when you put the tip on receipt it does NOT goes to the server but rather goes to the owner. Please tip your server in cash.

Awesome buffet! Let me stretch before I write this review because it will be long. They have American, Pakistani, and Chinese food all under the same roof. The first time I went here, I simply hated the taste of the Pakistani side of their buffet. It did not taste authentic at all. It looked fine but the spices were so far off and I could not tell what I was tasting. The ambiguity baffles me to this day. I vowed never to return here. Then one day, I don’t recall why and how, I ended up here again with family and we loved the food. Spices were on point. Since then, this is our most frequented buffet so far. They have pouri bread, need I say more? The place is huge and rows of dishes go on and on. There are so many options and I can never try everything in one visit. That’s right, I don’t eat here, I just try because I get full by just sampling the gazillion dishes they have. Be careful at the salad and condiments bar. We noticed that the yogurt sauce was bubbling, so just watch out for freshness or lack there of. The staff is friendly, helpful and carries good conversations. Another attraction for us here are the vending machine with stuffed animals. We play them a lot and have won quite a few teddy bears, monkeys and cows lol. The place is inside the mall so you can get some shopping done too.

I have been in Washington metropolitan and baltimore area for almost 25 yrs, I have seen lots of restaurants opining and closing. We went there yesterday, and we will never return again. First of all food is ridiculous, taste less and expensive and then very nasty and rude management. My kids were standing near serving area and they were not even touching the food, the guy named Tayyab came and yelled at my 6 year old daughter, telling her not to put her finger in the food. Then she started crying, I asked her if she touching the food with her finger, my daughter denied, my kids don’t lie, I was trying to calm my daughter down, the guy tayyab came back to argue with me, when I questioned him and told him to be polite with kids, he told me to leave the place. We went to that place to have some good time, not to get insulted. We did not even finish our food and we had to leave. I will get in touch with my bank for refund.(This was yesterday’s incident) We went to that place about a month ago, there was some party going on and it was busy, we asked the girl with glasses at front if she could help us, she did not pay any attention to us, she was busy eating sweets which was sitting at front counter uncovered, grabbing it with her hands(She was touching it with her hands) and flirting with a guy. Restaurant employ(The skinny girl with glasses) can touch food with her hands and no one says nothing to her, But my 6 rear old shy daughter who wasn’t even touching food got yelled. I will never ever go there again and I do not recommend that place to any one. I civilized world usually problems like this can be avoided by saying, I am sorry, I didn’t mean to do that. Please tell me what I can do to make you happy and earn your business in future. Unfortunately Mr Tayyab dont know this.

Literally get sick every time I try their food. We don’t even get anything from the buffet anymore. If you ask for fresh naan, you can get it made right in front of you and that’s basically the whole reason we go there. BUT just the other day my father and brother went to get the naan and found a rat hair or something in the bread! Never EVERR ever going back!

I checked this place out as a possible venue for an upcoming reception. I was not impressed with the décor. In fact, there really is no décor. Simply tables, chairs, and a rather lackluster collection of steam tables. I would overlook the drabness if the food was good and I have to say it was pretty good. However, I lost my appetite when a cockroach crawled out from under my husband’s plate. He immediately killed it and called the hostess over to tell her what happened. Her reaction was incredible. She said«thank you so much». What? Thank you for killing a cockroach? It seemed pretty clear this was not an isolated incident. We obviously won’t go back.

I started to go in until I saw all of the flies. How can you have open food displayed with flies everywhere? Doesn’t matter to me if it’s authentic.

They have a variety of indian food as well as chinese foods. I went on a friday night. Their buffet was $ 11.49 per person. I mainly went for the indian foods. They had many rows of food. The vegetable pakora and the chicken tandoori were really fresh and tasty. Most of the other indian dishes i tasted were ok except palak and chicken curry. They din’t taste that fresh plus it was cold. If u like going for ambience, this restaurant will surely disappoint you. It looks like the restaurant needs a makeover. I had better buffets in other indian restaurants. I am moving on to try a different indian restaurant now. Won’t be going back.

You are looking for just a food review well then I definitely recommend this place for Pakistan I food only. All of it is very good. But sanitation and cleanliness aspect of it this is one of the dirtiest places I have ever eat at. Although this is not a hole in the wall it might as well be. The tables were wiped down right before we sat down. It smelled so bad I had to tell them we are moving to another table. Then add I’m eating a Roach climes out of the booth seat right from behind my shoulder. So me being discussed by all that I looked under the table and it had nasty sticky drips from improper wiping of the table. And there bathrooms are broken down dirty smelly and door are broken. Overt all I will never done in again. But the food is pretty good so I will take it go.

It was decent– not the best desi food I’ve had. Had good verity for the money, however not the best good quality. Being a biryani lover their biryani was an insult to the dish.

This is my very first review, due to how disgusted I was of the employee’s behavior. I can’t even rate the food due to how disturbed I was before I even ate. In the restroom, I witnessed the waitress walk out of the bathroom stall, rinse her hands under water for MAX2 seconds, and then proceed to walk out. I was so shocked I couldn’t even believe what happened. Needless to say, I barely ate at this restaurant. Dear owners– PLEASEPLEASEPLEASEPLEASE train your employees on sanitation practices. PLEASE.

Let us start with the lady at the entrance who took more than a minute to turn around and realize there were customers behind her. Next, as we sat down with our food, I notice something huge behind my husband and when it started to move, I realized it was a huge cockroach so we moved to another table. Some lady who was eating was looking at us in a funny way so I asked if she worked there and she said yes so i told her about the roach and she went over and killed it with a napkin. She went back to eating and serving without washing her hands. The food was not fresh and was absolutely tasteless. I love to eat and often tell my husband to give chances to restaurants but I was not impressed at all. All the curries are together and it reads high cholesterol all over it. The meat was not cooked well especially the nihari. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. It was a waste of an hour drive going and an hour drive going back home. Eat at your own risk.

Really did not enjoy the food here at all! They have tons of buffet options each lesser quality than the next. The Indian dishes were either too spicy or had no taste at all. Some of the meat was smelly and obviously undercooked or used bad oil. The dessert options were the only somewhat redeeming factor, but would I come back again just for them? Definitely not.

This is not a typical Indian/Chinese restaurant. We went on a saturday afternnon which looked like a slow day. The food made in BBQ grill was good — it had kabobs, tandoori chicken as well as naans(which I thought were ordinary). The gravy based food was greasy but acceptable. I liked their Haleen and had almost 2 bowls worth of it. In the dessert section, I liked the kheer and their chocolate cake which I like anyways unless its badly made. One of the other Indian sweet was bad. I have never been to a place where it felt like a chinese buffet that served Indian/pakistani food. Over 4 rows of Indian food in addition to chinese and other american cuisines. Prices are about $ 13 per head without drinks. I would come here back. There were quite a few things I was not able to try but thats common at a buffet place of this style.

5⁄5 for excellent food! Some of the best Pakistani/Indian food I’ve had in this country and New York is home to the biggest population! This is a buffet, its in a mall, why would people expect it to have great décor? We went for my nephews 1 year birthday at around 8 p.m. They had about 8 rows of food and a separate BBQ Grill section where the chicken tandoori, bihari chicken(best dish), and seekh kebab’s were made along with the naans. They have about 2 row’s worth of chines food which are also really good. I stayed away from any fried stuff because it’s probably just pre-packaged frozen stuff. They had PURI’S!!! I was a happy, fluffy kid after dinner. It’s located in some random mall outside of Baltimore near the AMC Theatre. By the way its only $ 13 a head for the buffet!

We decided to give this place a try since we’ve already been to Tokyo Seafood Buffet before. We came in and paid 29 dollars for 2 including drinks. This was around 3pm on a Saturday. We waited till the waitress came and asked what drinks we’d like. We both said unsweetened iced tea. She got us water. There was a wide variety of foods to eat ranging from Indian/Pakistani, Chinese, American, sushi to individual ice creams. The problem? The food was stale, as if it has been sitting there since morning. The kabobs were incredibly dry and tough to eat. Tandoori chicken was a bit dry but overall pretty good. Some of the other foods like the chicken and goat curry, the sauces were exactly the same and was very greasy. The chicken’s texture was like tree bark but the goat was surprisingly very good. The Chinese food was your typical stuff. Mediocre at best. The American fare was worse. Pizza was either too bland on 1 part, and too salty on the other. Fries, potato wedges, wings, etc were all stale and dry. Sushi? In all of the pieces I had, none of them contained any fish or seafood. The individual ice cream cups you get were freezer burned and each bite felt like you were eating vanilla flavored mud. The desserts were pretty good though. From the rice pudding, cookies, to a cake that looks like flan. All were decent. Overall the food quality was a 2 out of 5. The service was terrible. We’ve asked our waitress for unsweetened iced teas numerous times and each time she brought us back water. Till the 4th time, her partner finally brought us unsweetened iced teas. We were almost done eating by that time. They need to step it up…

My friend went here on Saturday night and loved it. She recommended the place so highly that we went to the buffet on Sunday night(it doesn’t take much because I loooooove food). There were surprisingly quite a few people there – and more were arriving as we left around 8pm. The price was decent but it changes on nights and weekends – $ 12 for adults and kids over 10, $ 8 for kids 6 – 9 and $ 4 for kids 3 – 5 for the time we went. The selection was pretty good. They had salads, sushi, steamed shrimp, Chinese dishes(like sesame chicken, black pepper chicken, black pepper beef, Gen Tso’s chicken, and my fave – chicken and broccoli), soups, American dishes(pizza, fried chicken), and Teppanyaki chicken. They also had a huge selection of Indian/Pakistani curries, chaat, fresh kebabs, naan, salads and desserts. In short, they have a HUGE selection of foods. I grabbed mostly the Chinese food, which was awesome. Great quality and delicious. I’m giving that side of the buffet 4.5 stars without qualms. The sushi was ok. They had a tempura shrimp one. Yay! The American side was ok so that was good. The chaat bar was great to see but the flavors of the chutneys didn’t seem right. They had unripened tomatoes(yuck) but they had bhel puri(yum). The Indian kebabs, while super fresh, were a little mealy and kind of plain. The naan is AWESOME. I mean AWESOME. The curries that I tried were just ok, but maybe I didn’t try the right ones. The desserts were ok. Desserts at buffets usually aren’t anything special – why is that? I think dessert makes or breaks my meal. These ones didn’t make the meal, but they didn’t break it either. The service was good. Waiters were walking around picking up plates and refilling sodas pretty regularly which is always nice. I’ll definitely come back and try it again. My kids loved the Chinese food and I liked the selection. Overall, I had an ok experience which is enough for me to go again.
