Next Day Floors

Unfortunately, my experience with this company is unsatisfactory. The good news, the service techs who installed the carpeting were quick, efficient, and did a good job. The bad news, beginning with the sales associate who visited us in our home who did not provide many selecctions of carpet from which to choose. Later, we learned (not from the company, of course) that upon placement of our order, we should have received a gift card for a ham. The acutal carpeting is horrible. We constantly get fuzz balls of carpet, and no amount of vacuuming seems to help. I am afraid that soon this new carpet will be threadbare. Upon contacting management, we were told that the carpet we selected was midgrade and that is the quality we get. I’m sorry, but midgrade should still be acceptable. No more business from this family.

Update: we went to Carpet Land and found a salesperson who understands how to properly lay tile. Our request for pattern randomness and common sense was met with a «No problem.» However, the tile saga continues with Carpet Land problems. Stay tuned for a review.

I must say, I was extremely pleased with the crew and the look of my new floors. They was very professional. Jason the sales person, was on time for the appointment, and worked with me in my budget.
Joe was wonderful, as he called me to follow up, and make sure I was happy with the work they did. I am going to be using them again to do the stairs in my home very soon. I would highly recommend Next Day Floors to my friends, or anyone who is looking very professional Flooring company.

I thought I’d give Next Day Floors a try, after a so-​so experience with a different firm a few years ago.
The sales associate Paula Bunty, arrived right at the appointed time. I had done some GOOGLING to acquaint myself with top brands. I was really pleased that Next Day Floors carried these. I’m a widower, not much for matching colors: Paula was very helpful in helping me in this regard; she is also an interior designer.
I picked a winner, installed yesterday by a very professional team. Some of the work they did: like replacing the old molding, was superior to the original builders’ workmanship. Most importantly, Paula followed through, checking everything the day before installation, assuring a success. She just didn’t take my order and forget me like too many sales people do. I could not be more pleased with the result.
