I like Subway, but let me tell you about my experience here. So the lady behind the glass ask me what I want and I order a BMT… since the subs are on sale for $ 6.00. Now I know that the glass wasn’t why she couldn’t hear me because we all know subway doesn’t have a tall glass that the employees stand behind. So this chick got my whole order wrong… I realized it wasn’t that she didn’t hear me… she just didn’t understand English that well. She was relying on the customers pointing to what they wanted and it was like she was following your finger and would touch each topping until you said yes. Talk about hilarious… so I started playing games with it. Then my hubby told me to stop… shoot, gotta make the best of the moment. Taheeeeeheeee. When she finally got the order right it was good. Oh yeah… she messed up my husbands order too. He told her 6 times he wanted pickles and she put sweet peppers on it. I told him to point to it but he didn’t listen… he was all frustrated that she wasn’t understanding… of course I was over to the side chuckling. Finally the manager told her what he was saying. If she understood her customers, I would have given them 5 stars. However, it was too hard just to place an order…“Eat Fresh!”
