I have been coming to this salon for the four years. I must say there is a big difference in service now. The new technicians are not as skilled which wouldn’t be a problem because people have to learn but they catch an attitude if you try to correct them on how you want YOUR nails. I sat and saw this happen on a few occasions when i was getting my nails done. In addition, they really need a receptionist. The who is next game is getting old. At least establish a sign in list. If someone is requesting a certain tech they can write their name down as they sign in. The written price list should be updated to reflect price increases. They are making prices up as your getting your nails done. They started charging for services that once was free. That is fine but you should have it written in the salon. I will be looking for another salon… the quality and professionalism has definitely gone down hill
