I love my meat but tried the tempeh at the Eat Real Festival. I’ve tried tempeh in the past and have never been wowed until i met these vendors. Great flavors in their preparation and texture was wonderful. I think i might have to reconsider a meat alternative which is healthier yet tasty and will return tomorrow to buy some
Also, awesomely friendly people own this company (and working the booth!)
