Dean Wallace Construction

Dean was recommended to us for our kitchen remodel by our realtor, Craig Curreri. We are so thankful for the referral. We had to wait a couple months for Dean to finish up previous jobs. He seems to stay pretty well booked, and we can understand why.
Dean mostly works alone, and he is the most thorough contractor I’ve ever seen. He seems to know how to do most everything and do it well. We wanted the kitchen done to code, with a permit. Dean was happy to oblige. He’s not fast — we joked with him about charging him rent! — but the kitchen is gorgeous and everything works. Usually after a $ 40,000 remodel taking 3 months there are a number of small «punch list» items that the contractor has to come back to complete/​adjust/​fix. We had none. Seriously, not one.
And of course, while he was here, we asked him to do a few other things in the house. So in addition to moving and installing plumbing, installing a gas line for the range, moving the range hood vent, installing all new lighting, moving the ceiling fan, closing up a pocket door, installing cabinets and appliances, painting… he installed a heater/​fan in the bathroom and removed a beam from the dining room ceiling.
The house has never looked better. We are grateful to have found Dean, and will use him again for any future home improvement products. A neighbor stopped by during the construction to tell us that Dean had done some work for them a few years ago and they were very happy with him as well. We are happy to recommend him to others. Great job!

Dean has done three jobs on our house over the last 4 years. Each job is top notch! Thanks to Dean, we have an amazing patio, upgraded living room lighting system, and exhaust fan and light upgrade in the bathrooms.

My house was damaged by a car accident and I had no PG&E gas service until the damage was repaired. I called Dean Wallace and this guy dropped what he was doing and showed up within an hour, fixed the damage, and had me ready for PG&E to hook up a new gas service THAT AFTERNOON! AMAZING service and the repairs he made to the walls were PERFECT!
This guy, hands down, wins 5 stars in every category —I have more work to be done on another building and DEAN WALLACE CONSTRUCTION will be the one I call!
