Jump and Party

Would not leave even 1 star if Unilocal didn’t make me, Worst customer service ever! Called the day before to get a jump house for 10am, they said that was no problem, next day I get a message saying the truck broke down so the guy who was on a different route would pick up the jumpy and drop it off by 1 sense they had to put me at the end of there route due to priority, which was fine by me. 10min after 1pm I called to make sure they were going to make it no one picked up so I left a message with a house number to call sense my cell had no reception. They never called back. I called them again at 1:45, no answer so I left another message. No call back. So I called a third time at 2ish and finally a lady answered. She told me that sense I never called them back (which I did, 2 times and left 2 messages) to say I still wanted it they decided they didn’t want to send a driver incase i refused the jumpy… With only having 3 hours left of the party I asked if they would send the jumpy still but at a discounted price sense I was suppose to have it from 10am-​6pm for $ 195. She said no I would still have to pay the full price. I chose not to spend the $ 195 sense it was already so close to the end of the party. She never apologized, just kept trying to place the blame on me not calling back, WHICH I DID! Never will I use them again. Jubilee jumps next time for sure!

I rented the big kahuna their giant water slide! Which was awesome! I liked that they don’t charge by the hour but a flat rate for the day! just great all around!
