Very poor customer service! Do not do business here. Rude staff. Take your business elsewhere.

I just wanted to say that Manweiler Appliance were very helpful over the phone and even more helpful in person. My dryer stopped working and I don’t have any idea how to fix dryers. I went to them for possible service call (which would have cost me 85.00) but instead they allowed me to borrow the equipment to test the wires and parts to find out what was wrong with it. I thought I figured out the problem, and took the parts that I thought needed to be replaced to them., however, when I got there they tested the parts that I had brought over to be replaced (which were the wrong parts) and determined what I needed todo. Long story short, went back home and looked at other parts that they suggested, replaced the parts and now dryer is functioning. They could have easily just had their guys come over and would have cost me near 100.00 in labor and parts. Thank you very much. You define customer service.
