The service is horrible. Every time we have went in there, it’s very short staffed and the waitresses are rude! We never get refills unless we stand up and go ask for them, salad bar has slimy lettuce, the pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way through the last two times we were there. Ugh! This place doesn’t even deserve one star!

Heard they were under new management and it shows. Place is super clean and service was amazing. The red roof is back in Windsor!

Off day for the Red Roof!
Air conditioning was not working. One server for the entire dining room during a Friday lunch rush. No pizza on the buffet with a dining room of hungry guests waiting. Pizza that came out was not cooked all the way through.
Oh — and don’t let the door hit you on the way out — literally, that door is heavy and dangerous for little fingers. Time for some upgrades at this location.

Dinner buffet for $ 6.99 + 1.99 for drinks. Go there on Wednesday’s and kids eat free (kid drinks are a buck). 5−7pm
