Great Company; I refer my customers all the time to them when they need glass and they treat them wonderful. It is not easy being a small Company and serving a tremendous amount of calls. Thanks for taking care of them when I need someone reliable.

I had them come out to my office to replace two broken windows. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I was able to work as they replaced the glass with minimal noise on their part. Would highly recommend them and will use them again if needed.

I would like to give every business a favorable review, but this one hasn’t earned it. I’d characterize their service as «flaky». I requested three services: replace a leaky window, replace two torn screens, and rehang my broken shower door. Over the past couple of months, they have variously rescheduled, stood me up, or accused me of standing them up (when I was here at the appointed time) on numerous occasions. I don’t mind a business rescheduling, but often, they don’t bother to call. In fact, last week, they were to be here at 1 pm one day; I finally left at 1:45 to go to an appointment. No call, no apology, and they haven’t even tried to call me to reschedule, despite my voice mail plea at the beginning of the week. On the plus side: the workmanship of the window and screens is just fine; the shower door, however, doesn’t latch and there is a gap at the bottom. Two stars is as much enthusiasm as I can muster for Sequoia Glass, a locally owned company that I will not use in the future.
