I am very disappointed in the scheduling and customer service of this South Windsor branch. There were so many issues with scheduling the appointment that I thought I might be filmed for a prank tv show. There is an extreme lack of care and organization. I told the person scheduling the appointment that I would not be there and the tech would meet my tenant. When the tech arrived he said he couldn’t do the work because I needed to sign an additional paper. I was told I was called twice and didn’t answer, however, I didn’t miss any calls. On the contract, the date, my name, and my email address were all incorrect. When I was called to reschedule they said that they would be out for a termite inspection. I called them to spray for he bees! Best of all, I just got an email to review Terminix and then the survey said it couldn’t be completed because someone had already filled it out.
