Had a 10% off coupon. Went in and got 5 $ off of 250 $??? I asked why they were not adding correctly, he said they take 10% off but then add back 7% for tax. Was pretty rude as well. I asked when we could expect the delivery and he said he didn’t know. I had to pull out an estimated time (we went in wary morning to order) he said maybe 3pm. It got to my house at 4:30 pm. I will go elsewhere next time.

I was extremely disappointed with this place as well as the other reviews same problem they had and even more went twice and the first time they did have the internet price and went in and the price was completely different and they said that they kept that up to keep people coming in the door. The second time I went in they were very nice at the front desk but went to go get loaded and forklift operator was completely careless and disrespectful arguing with me about overloading my truck by about one and a half tons in a ¾ tone truck. and said that I needed to just go slow down the road and didn’t have any respect towards me at all saying just dont drive like a jackass. And wouldn’t even help shovel the excess rock out of the truck and said they don’t have shovels there to move the rock out of my truck eventually they gave me a shovel and I had to do it myself even though it was his negligence for overloading the truck.

this place is a scam. We looked online for some rock and I know pricing can be a little off but we went in to order Wyoming gray river rock (which is listed at $ 22.99 a ton) and the guy told us it would be $ 65.99 a ton. He did say the website is outdated but the owner doesn’t take it down because he uses it to get people in there. We will be contacting the BBB about this place and their shady practices of doing business. Take your money to Pioneer where they actually do practice customer service and wont try to screw you over.
I should have learned years ago when I had a bad experience at this place.

If you’re looking online to speed up your landscaping purchase, make sure that the website has been updated. We recently tried to order nine tons of Poudre River rock based on the pricing listed on the website. When we called, we were informed that they no longer carry that product and that the website hadn’t been updated «in years.» In today’s online world, this sort of error is a rookie mistake.
