Hands down, the worst company I have ever dealt with. You want examples? Fine. The installer, Moose (yes that’s his name), tried to install a dimmer switch on florescent lights. His excuse? ‘I wasn’t told you had florescent lights.’ It gets better. You need to file a permit with the local police department. You need to put the correct address on the permit so if your alarm goes off, the police know where to go. Western States Security put the wrong address on the permit. They incorrectly installed a water sensor, so we kept getting flood alarms. They hooked the system up to an electrical outlet behind large boxes, so when the boxes were moved, the alarm would shut off. Brice, the absentee owner refused to call me back. I finally had my attorney write them a letter cancelling the contract. Seriously, avoid at all costs. Thanks for wasting my time, Western States Security.
