I was so happy with my first meal here, pizza, that I decided to try some of their other menu options. That was a bad decision. The appetizers were not cooked through, specifically the cheese sticks were cold on the inside and the jalapeño poppers were inedible. The Italian sandwich I had was gross. The bread was soggy, the ingredients looked wilted and old. I couldn’t eat most of the meal. $ 47 for a small meal and a lesson to learn not to eat here unless it’s just pizza.

I have loved Aurelio’s for years, I especially like their sauce. This location is very cheap on it’s toppings. Went to the location in Munster and could not believe how much cheese and other toppings were on the pizza, you couldn’t even see the sauce. Ordered a Beggars from across the street in Winfield and they too had a lot of toppings. We will not be ordering from this location again or the one in Crown Point because I was told they’re the same owners. Why so skimpy on your toppings?

Been here several times, pizza is very good and the young guy who is waiter is terrific. I don’t know if he is owner but he is very accommodating. In NWI notice this yellow cheese kinda different, I’m from Chicago, not used to it. But dosen’t change my opinion that the pizza is good and this place is really clean.

Being from the region I’ve always loved Aurelio’s pizza. It’s that sweet sauce. Mmm! I was really excited when I found out that the Winfield location offers gluten free options — not only for the pizza crust, but also for some of the appetizers. I had the tomato bread and it was excellent — soft, fluffy gluten free bread is hard to come by. I also had a small personal pizza and it was perfect.
Our server was super friendly and knew exactly which items were gluten free.
I believe this location and the Crown Point location are managed by the same person and both offer gluten free, but I haven’t been to the Crown Point Aurelios since going GF, so I can’t confirm.

Friendly and quick service! The server was attentive and the food came out extremely fast, which was nice because we were starving. We ordered bosco sticks and a pizza, half sausage and half veggie. A little on the greasy side but still delicious. I will definitely be returning to this one soon.

Consistently good pizza and friendly service. Would much rather support Aurelo’s than either of the two national chains within sight of this location.
