We took my daughter here for a minor issue. They ordered a blood draw that turned into thousands of dollars in expenses because they ordered so many individual tests. We had no idea the number of tests or the cost of the procedures. We were quite upset by the cost and to make matters worse, we were no closer to an answer. I would not go here again.

Dr. Ksiazek is such a wonderful doctor, he answered all my questions and mean I had a lot :) I have very bad sinuses and since seeing him I’ve been sinus infection free for 4 months now which was unheard of before.

Thought I’m sure that the practitioners here are good and the staff(when they actually engage with you) are friendly, my first experience with MENT left much to be desired. Like Jessica, although I had a scheduled appointment, it didn’t appear that time was of concern. I wasn’t prescribed anything, I was given a sample to try and if I liked it, I could get a script sent to my local Walgreens. I didn’t like it. I experienced increased heart rate, irritability that had me throw a phone across a room(unexplainably) and exhaustion once the effects wore off. I spoke with a doctor directed to me by the answering service who gave me 2 options: 1) get to an Urgent Care and be seen(again) or 2) wait until Monday and come back into MENT for reassessment. It was suggested I could take Tylenol Cold to tide me over. No sense of caring, compassion or concern. Perhaps this is written with the residual irritability, but it isn’t likely they will be seeing me again.

I would recommend finding another ENT. I went in with my newborn as a new patient for tongue tie only to wait MORE than an hour to see Dr.Denzali. I watched as they shuffled people in who were scheduled after our appointment time… I spoke up and still they shuffled people in and out as we waited. I decided to leave this review, and review of other doctors who make patients wait like this, in hope they will see it and realize what consumers already know– doctors are like donuts — they are available in droves all over town. It is not acceptable to make people wait for an hour to see you! There is no other profession that this is acceptable behavior. You’ve lost us as a customer. We’ll find another ENT among the hundreds available in the Chicago area. Further, Dr. Donzali refused to clip our baby’s tongue, he said it was too mild for him to clip, and that I should just bottle feed instead. We got a second opinion from Dupage Medical group, and the doctor there — Dr. Amin, clipped her tongue. WIthin two days our daughter was successfully breastfeeding for the first time in three weeks.

Dr. James Chow is the best ENT that I have experienced and he specializes in Sinuses. He was referred to me by a co-worker. His office is state of the art, the staff is beyond helpful, friendly and makes you feel comfortable in every way. Dr. Chow is a polite, kind, friendly, man who will make you comfortable, explains everything thoroughly and is very gentle. Even though I live in the city of Chicago, I drive to Central Dupage Hospital to see him. So if you are seeking a fabulous and compassionate ENT who specializes in Sinuses — this is your doctor!!!
