I posted two pics how the batman royals I ordered. $ 5.50 is a rip us he puts half a scope of strawberry so I asked to put a little more and ended up charging for me $.99. The most pathetic Portions. When I asked the guy(Gabriel) for the manager name he said they don’t have a manager. Are you serious. No more baskin Robbins for me or anyone I know bcs I am gonna show them the pics. There are many other options out there that will make sure for $ 5.50 you get two real scopes instead of the two smallest scopes I have ever hard. Not even thrifty would do that. I filled out a survey that Baskin Robbins after this visit and I received an email from CS that my info was passed on to the franchise owner on Sept 17 and nothing so far. It’s amazing how bad Baskin Robbins has changed to the worst. They don’t care anymore about their brand. Oh well. There are so many others.

Ice Cream was delicious. I ordered the Oreo Ice Cream, Three scoops. The store is walking distance from my house so it’s great. Employees were very nice. Manager was like the devil

3 bucks for a single scoop of ice cream… too expensive, but I guess that’s what it costs nowadays. You can buy a pint of ice cream, or even a half-gallon, for $ 2.99 in some stores. I only go to BR about once every 3 – 4 years. I went this past week to celebrate an event with a colleague. Tons of new stuff on the menu, but none of it really appealed to me. Stick with what you know, in this case, chocolate chip mint. You know, after all these years I still have never tried their ice cream cake. I’ve never been to a party where a BR ice cream cake was served. Maybe they’re good! I should try one sometime, or bring one to the next party I go to.

Went there to get a milk shake. Over $ 7 for a medium??? At the one on reseda and Oxnard the same size for $ 5.50. Won’t be going here again. Service was prompt but $ 7 is just ridiculous.

Don’t ask for sprinkles they charge you and it doesn’t stick it’s seriously funny. They put like 6 sprinkles on my ice cream cone and the cone was a joke put a tiny scoop on top it wasn’t even in the cone.

I would have given them 2 stars just because of the customer service we just received but I love baskin Robbins in general. My best friend ask for the brownie which is advertised on the window and the curly haired Latino helping us rolled her eyes and said they didn’t have any. When my best friend ask for two scoops she rolled her eyes again. After I ordered she just walk over to the cash register and without talking to us and looking at us just told us the total assuming it was all together. Didn’t even give us the option of paying together.

This location is a little slow. I’m not really sure what else to say about it. I come here whenever I get a taste for some rocky road ice cream. Since im now into the frozen yogurt craze, I don’t really eat too much ice cream, but when I do I come here. The workers here seem to be young and don’t really care too much, but I guess its good for them that this place is NEVER busy otherwise it would be bad for business. I honestly believe that thrifty ice cream is much better. Its cheaper and the taste is the original rocky road taste. This location makes me feel like I really should be here anyway.

They always have my favorites, Chocolate Fudge & Daiquiri Ice! The classics like Chocolate Chip and Jamoca Almond Fudge never disappoints. The workers are always friendly & nice. The owner on the other hand, never seems to know how to say hello or smile.

Though it’s located in a sketch area, the service was nice for a Sunday evening treat. They were out of Cookies N Cream though… they need to get on their game and make sure it’s in stock 24⁄7

It has been soo hot lately YOU must visit one of these ice cream stores even if you don’t want to. That was my case! The young female who helped us out was cool, she greeted me and scooped the ice cream then placed it in the kids cup and then charged me. She wished me a good day! lol I spend maybe 3 min tops inside the place. It didn’t look horrible inside and they seem to keep it clean and smelling like an ice cream place(THANKGAWD) I payed $ 2.16 for a damn scoop though! anyway I don’t really stop by in this area so it will be a while before I visit them again.
