I got my gel manicure for a family trip to Mexico, Cabo San Lucas and it came off 3 days later. Customer service is really bad I got my services in a rush, I payed 60 $$.

This nail salon actually cares about giving you excellent service! I have been coming here for years and they always do a wonderful job.
Helen and Brandon (the business owners who are a very sweet and kind married couple) do excellent acrylic nails. Nancy and Helen provide eyebrow waxing service; they are VERY good.

I have been coming in to this Nail place for a year because the girl I mostly like as been moving over and over and I follow her because she texts all of her customers.
and I am still not appreciated. I give them my money and even tips, she does not treat her loyal customers well at all.
I send my friends all the time and they refused to go because of their service which I understand now I don’t recommend this place at all for anyone.
All the time when she fights with her boss she HAS to move and that is necessary I mean that that is rude! I have known this lady for 5 Years and I am through
with this now!

Brandon and Nancy are the best! I am very particular about my nails and they always take their time and make sure I leave happy! I’ve tried many places in the valley and now won’t let anyone but them do my nails!

Horrible !!! These women should not be allowed to handle sharp objects! I came here only because my usual spot was closed for the holiday. These women suck! They talked so much trash… in English ! They don’t know how to file evenly. The place is dirty and their work is so sloppy ! You’re better off having a four year old do your nails for you ! Do. NOT. Go

Went to get a refill on my nails and my nails are almost half out I’m in sooo much pain. I was telling the lady that she was sanding my nails too much but I guess she said she know wat she’s doing … She was wrong worst experience ever… Don’t recommend this place to anybody.

If I could I would give negative stars!!! This is the WORST salon. The place is dirty and the people are stupid. Went for a pedicure and a fill (my regular place was closed for vacation). The girl doing my pedicure was more interested in what was going on outside she sanded the skin off my toe with the buffing sponge. It was bleeding and not even an apology. The girl doing my fill cut me several times and left me covered in nail dust. Within one week fungus was growing. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
If you have to chose between going to New Nails or stapling your lips shut… Chose the stapler!

Brandon is the bestttt! No one does my nails besides him Son gives the best pedi and Helen does my eyebrows. The service is great and they will make you feel very comfortable.

I get a mani/​pedi here once a week and for the most part they do a good job for the amount they charge. A regular mani/​pedi is $ 21+ tip. The place is clean and for the most part the customer service is good. They also have a decent selection of nail polish.
I always ask for Anna for my mani. She pays extra attention to detail which I appreciate.
My only criticism is that when they get busy they tend to do sloppy work.

I do have to mention that I ONLY get Manicures here. I like thier french tip because it doesn’t chip as quickly and the paint doesn’t crack.
This is what I love about this place.
Nothing fancy, just get in, get out, and happy about my french manicure. :)
