I will NEVER do business with this place again!!! I ordered their package which included tables, chairs, cooler, jumper, piñata & balloons which I thought sounded like a good deal. We had agreed on 11am delivery for the jumper, my daughters party started at 1pm. I called the day before & asked if we could change it to between 11:30 & 12 which they said was fine. They did not deliver it until after 2!!! My guest were already here plus we had to leave room for him to bring it in so we couldn’t completely set up the tables. When I called he tried to blame me for changing the time!!! But if the was the case we could have kept the same time & I would have arranged for someone to be here. On top of that every time I called he would say they were on their way & when I told him I wanted a discount for the inconvenience he seemed bothered by it but agreed. That’s the LEAST he could do for being 2 hours late! I never got a discount because when he came to pick up the chairs he said 8 were missing. I was so busy when they dropped them off I forgot to count them which was a huge mistake. There’s absolutely no way 8 chairs disappeared which means he didn’t drop off what he was supposed to. So it all ended with me letting him know I would never do business with him again & him telling me he wouldn’t do business with me either since «8 chairs were missing.“PLUS me not receiving a discount for their HORRIBLE service! Please find another place to rent from. I hope no one experiences the same thing I just did! To add to my review they were supposed to pick up the jumper after the tables & chairs (they drop off & pick them up separately) & of course something came up after me waiting all day! So they couldn’t pick it up & had to leave it an extra day!
