This guy is great! He immediately returned my call to set up a time for an estimate on some sprinkler upgrades in my yard. He was able to come the next day with an assistant. He was prompt and professional. He gave me a reasonable bid and was able to complete the job by the end of the week. He was able to complete the job in less time than he indicated on the estimate. He was prompt and professional as was his assistant. He was quiet and spotless. He did not stop for a break or to have lunch. He took the time to explain the work he did and walked me through the whole operating process. He did not try to upsell me on any other services and we set up a reasonable maintenance schedule. He is the real deal. Highly recommend him and I would certainly use him again, if needed. A+ quality and service.

If you need a repair done DO NOT call Robert. We contacted him over 6 weeks ago to do a fairly simple valve replacement. We scheduled it for the following week. Robert went silent. We called, called again and called again. NOTHING. Finally after 2 more weeks we were able to reach Robert and he said yeah, I’ve been busy. Totally unprofessional and a complete disregard for our time or the need for our repairs to be done. So of course, he did not show up AGAIN. We were now 4 weeks in and no work was done– he never apologized and just cancelled on us AGAIN after having us wait 2 more weeks promising that he would be here. I guess he must not need the work. And he was very rude.

There is so much truth in the saying «you get what you pay for.» Will Robert be on time, show up with a fully stocked truck, American labor and the knowledge to fix the problem the first time… CORRECTLY! You bet. He uses the right materials, not the junk your gardener will install and stands behind his work. I had him come out to fix a leak my gardener had «fixed» the month before. The problem is that my gardener didn’t know what he was doing, used the wrong, cheap materials and doesn’t have the knowledge to do anything more than mow my lawn. Leave the rest to Robert. He also installed security lights and rebuilt 2 toilets. He does it all.

I can’t say if Robert Kuebler is a good contractor because he didn’t get past the estimate with me! I called him out for an estimate to repair a broken pipe to my sprinklers. Robert claimed I needed to move all the sprinkler plumbing to make it more accessible (to him), it would take 4 hours and run $ 400.00. I said NO to Robert Kuebler and called Jose Gutierrez (818) 384‑7476. He fixed the broken pipe (no need to move anything) for $ 150.00 It seems that Mr. Kuebler must have a minimum price in mind for taking jobs (4 hrs @ $ 100.00 per hr). He should say so upfront and not try to turn every job into something that will fit his minimum price.
