I just stopped in with no appointment to see if they could take out some scratched RayBan Sunglass lenses and change them out with a pair of replacement lenses RayBan had sent me. The staff was more than accommodating, cheerfully replacing the lenses and I was out the door within minutes. Thanks!

They have the best selection of glasses around, for sure. I’ve gotten my last two pairs through Spex, and have gotten compliments on both pairs. They are fashionable but not too much of a statement, just what you want from your frames.
The last time I went, they promised my glasses would be ready on a Saturday but they weren’t ready until the next week. And their eye exam includes some non-​optional scans which, though super cool and futuristic, are not completely covered even by a VSP.
The doctor was extremely nice and relatable, and worked hard to communicate what she was finding with me, which I appreciate. Always like to be an informed patient!

Felt like I was hustled and treated with eye rolls when I did not want to be «upsold» to their eye checks etc. Theres got to be better VSP provider who communicates respectfully and allows customers to choose.
