I can’t express my gratitude and thankfulness enough towards Sumair. I was recommended to Sumair by a friend of a friend. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to rent an apartment. I just wanted to see what was out there for my needs. When talked to Sumair on the phone, he seemed very knowledgeable about Chicago. He seemed to know the type of area I wanted. We looked at a couple of apartments that following week. Sumair was on time and honest. I felt like he was a friend more than a realtor. The next week we looked at about ten places in three hours. He was very patience, and still understood what I was looking for, even if I was picky. When I found the place I wanted Sumair was right by my side, helping me get the property. The property had two applicants, but Sumair made sure I was the first priority.
I could tell Sumair is very dedicated to helping people with their homes. He looked out for my well-​being, and I know he would do it again, for anyone. I can’t say enough good things. With out Sumair as my realtor, I wouldn’t have found my new amazing place to call home.
