The Gauchos Catering

It’s been 3 weeks since the wedding and my husband and I are still getting calls from our guests complimenting us on the food. The meat they prepared was fantastic! I loved their meat selection. Typical Argentine cuts prepared to perfection! They had sausage sandwiches «choripan» and empanadas ready for hungry guests as they arrived. We even had about 15 vegetarians and they had provided grilled veggies for them on a separate grill as to not upset the strict vegetarians. Even the pork based meats were prepared separately as well, for our Kosher/​Halal guests. I cannot say enough about this caterer.
We loved them. They took care of the dining experience that was second to none. Preparing the meat in typical Argentine «Estaca» style was a total treat for our guests. ALL my family from Argentina was totally impressed and agreed that it was delicious… RIQUISIMO! They even allowed our guests to take pics as if they were grilling. It was great. It felt like we had family cooking!
The best part was that the guests could follow their noses to the reception! The wonderful smell of Argentine asado filled the air. I will definitely be using them again!
