Okay so I’m from south Louisiana and I’ve had boiled crawfish from all over and it takes a lot to impress me. They were seasoned to perfection! Your lips will be burning so get ready! I’ve learned most texans season only on the outside and that leaves you dipping into extra Tonys and sauces… No need for any extras here. So worth the drive. Oh the place is tiny so try to go during the week!
