We needed a place to store our belongings while we began the home decluttering process. We had driven by All Pro Self Storage many times on the way to work so it’s location was convenient. While there were a couple of other storage facilities a little closer and cheaper, there were several factors that made us choose All Pro:
Climate controlled
Lots of surveillance cameras monitoring activity
Excellent lighting inside and out
No administration fees
Insurance not required
No long-term contract
Hand truck and rolling dolly cart available at every entrance
Free lock
We had absolutely zero issues during the 5 months we used All Pro and would highly recommend them.

So far a bad experience. I’ve tried to reach them and no answer. I even left a message and nobody called me back. I’m trying to get a unit and would have to deal with them from out of town, so I’m thinking that I’m going to have to go with someone else. It makes no sense to go with a company that you can’t get ahold of!!! Bad service!!! My impression that it’s run badly if they can’t answer the phones or your messages in a timely manner!!!

I was impressed with how secure this facility is. Excellent customer service and good rates along with friendly staff. The location is close to Wake forest Univ campus.
