Im always a bit skeptical about computer repair places… so when contacting Apples I approached getting my laptop fixed with caution. My experience with Mike and his problem solving techniques, communication/​education and sensitivity for my budget strains were all top notch. I can say with full assurance that I will be going back to Mike at apples2apples indefinitely for any computer problems and repair.
