I decided to go along with my husband today while he changed up his cell plan. We went to this location being the other which we frequent more often was packed. The staff was not a friendly as I had hoped. We were helped about 15 minutes after arriving. I was rather frustrated with having to continually get the sales associate’s attention from his tablet. He was playing a game. He also did not seem to want to help my husband set up his account online and I even had to suggest calling tech support myself to troubleshoot. What seemed like a long time to grab a SIM card in the back, turned into a long time in the back– 15 minutes! We left after over an hour to just activate a SIM card and online account. I hope the other locations don’t start bad habits.

DONOTCOMEHERE!!! OMFG when I read the reviews about this place I was a little skeptical but sure enough they were true. The staff there is one of the worst I’ve ever seen in any store PERIOD. I hate it almost as much as I hate my internet provider. Probably know which company I’m referring to in NC. I will NEVER come back here. The insanely lazy staff is just plain ridiculous. Expect to wait almost an hour to get service.

Rude and unhelpful. They don’t try to make long term customers happy and don’t seem to care that I haven’t been able to get service in my building for three months when all the others carriers work fine.

Both the Hanes Mall Blvd and Summit stores provide great customer service! Very friendly, helpful people, whether you go in person or call on the phone.

Worst AT&T employees ever. I suggest going to Hanes mall blvd store. Stratford store employees gave me the run around, lied, were very rude and refused to give me their supervisor’s name and would not come out of the back to discuss my issue with me. Ana Gratacos-Gregory should not be working with the public or people in general. She followed me out of the store to harass me, but wouldn’t help me inside the store. Ace is very unprofessional as well. Boo!

I have been frequenting this AT&T store since moving to Winston-Salem. They have terrific customer service! After dealing with some rather complicated account problems, they were able to resolve all of our issues after the people on the 1 – 800 line and the Hanes Mall Blvd store had failed. I was all but ready to forgo my aspirations of iPhone ownership and switch to Verizon. This store has restored my hopes in this company.
