Great bagels. Fast service. This place is always hoppin in the morning. Love it when they have additional cream cheese flavor options besides what’s in the refrigerator too.

When the passion leaves staff, often it is a disappointing experience for customers. I enjoy the bagels from here but at times I feel like my business is not appreciated and the simple act of creating a sandwich for customers is too much trouble for the staff.
Such was the case today and for the past few weekdays I have visited. Certain staff that are so grumpy that you feel like you are imposing on them to be a customer.
I just can’t bear to order and wait in line and be served by people that are clearly not happy to serve.

Love love love this place! The ONE AND ONLY place I go to get a decent bagel. I could not find a place that resembled a NJ/​NYC bagel until I went to the bagel station. Their bagels are bomb! It tastes like a real bagel and has a great texture to it. They have a great selection of regular bagels and whole wheat bagels. They also have an amazing 5 cheese and bacon bagel. Yes the cheese and bacon are cooked into the bagel, I know a breakfast dream! You can get a typical breakfast sandwich or try one of their many cream cheeses.

So I had only ever been to bagel station 2, as we live just down the street. We’ve been going for years and always love it. This past Sunday morning the line was out the door and around the corner so I suggested we drive over to thruway and check out the original location. It’s tiny in comparison but just as satisfying. The staff was friendly and attentive just like with BS2 and there food was great. I had lox slices a wheat bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. It was delicious! And now we know there’s a second option not far away and worth the few extra minutes :)

I feel like this is the only bagel place in Winston Salem, or at least that I know of. I’ve gone here twice, because I really like bagels. The bagels that I’ve had from here are just okay to me. They do have a lot of breakfast options though. The service here is really good though!

Great bagels! Great service! I was able to order and grab my bagel to go on a Saturday morning in about 5 minutes. My bacon and egg bagel was delicious as well!

Reminds me of a bagel shop in NY –except the staff is super friendly! I like the bacon egg and cheese. Also they are very quick so if you’re in a hurry this is a place to go.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Bagel station. I got two dozen bagels and several different cream cheeses. All of the bagels and cream cheeses tasted great. The service was excellent and very friendly. It was clear that the place has a lot of regulars. They are some of the best bagels I have had in the south. I would recommend this to anyone who likes bagels. Prices are reasonable.

Ate here for the first time and my boyfriend and i both agree we will be back again… The staff was very nice and helpful… the food was tasty!

I am a Yankee and I have lived in Manhattan and queens where there are abundant bagel shops. I have not had a good bagel in NC, most at Dunkin Donuts taste like play– dough, but the Bagel Station was AMAZING. I was skeptical at first, a real bagel in the south? But this place will get you a real bagel fix; lots of different kinds of bagels and yummy cream cheese!

I come here almost every other week! The bagels are just so tasty. My go-to’s are the everything or the cinnamon sugar, the fiancé loves the salt bagel. He is from NJ and it is by far the closest we can find to a good NY/​NJ bagel. I do wish they had a griddle type setup and could make some tasty breakfast sandwiches but all they have is a microwave. So to me the sandwiches just aren’t that good. The service often times can leave a lot to be desired but since you just get in get your bagel and leave it doesn’t bother me much.

The bagel selection is decent. The bagels themselves are pretty good. Sandwiches, extras, cream cheese selection is nothing to write home about. Customer service is AWFUL! I’ve been coming here a few months now & have only encountered ONE employee who actually delivers customer service with your order. Time to find a new breakfast spot!

The food is delicious as are the bagels. The price for here is right where it should be as well. My only issue is that when making a breakfast sandwich it shouldn’t be complied and tossed in the microwave to warm up everything. I would prefer eggs cooked when I ordered, but it still tastes good.

Fresh, authentic, delicious bagels.
The line moves fast, so don’t let the fact that people are standing in the door way or even on the sidewalk discourage you. Lots of flavors/​variety when it comes to the type of bagel and what you want to spread on it. Bagel sandwiches are generous and substantial enough to share, ya know, if you’re into sharing.

I love their bagels. I am originally from NJ and it took me a long time to find a good bagel store. These guys definitely know what they are doing.
However, some of the employees can be very rude. The petite woman who always has some kind of bow in her hair is very nasty. I was there this morning and she stared at me with a scowl on her face from the kitchen door. Very rude!
The rest of the employees are very sweet.
