Bart spent extra time with me and especially my wife to make sure we understood his recommendations. The installation team of Milton, Brad and Travis we also very attentive to detail and making sure we were comfortable every step of the way. If you have home audio or video needs I would 100% recommend these guys.

What a terrific experience! Chris and his crew at Carolina Custom Sound are just the best! They did an outstanding job working with a 72 year old client’s home theater install. Everything was on time and way under budget. Even with a few last-​minute changes, Chris was helpful and accommodating and just went above and beyond to make things perfect. The guys who did the install were on time, clean, neat, polite, knowledgable and very helpful. They explained the remote and how things worked together with the new sound system, TV, and old equipment like the record player and VHS player. Everything works together seamlessly! They even helped her move the old heavy CRT TV into another room. They explained everything in easy to understand terms, and made sure she had everything she wanted and nothing that was unnecessary or over the top for her needs. I’m so glad I didn’t go with a mega-​store. I bought everything through Chris, used his expertise, and got a much better deal than I could have found anywhere else.
