Forever 21

I enjoy shopping for the most part especially when I find clothes for great prices! I truly enjoy that the entrance to this store is located on the outside of the actual mall so I can run in quickly vs walking through the whole mall. One thing I would like to improve is the clutter in his store. They seem to pack way too many things in a small place. I find the disarray to remind me of s teenager’s closet. I feel like you could find pieces much faster and easier if you could see them! The staff seems to be more interested in their phones and social lives than helping customers, but again if it were better arranged, they wouldn’t be bothered. The dressing room attendant today was very pleasant and he made my day. He was funny, friendly and had each person joking as they entered. The cashier was nice but seemed to be in a hurry even though she was very slow. I enjoy the clothing, but the chaos inside and the lack of personality in the staff detract from the experience for me.

This is a great Forever 21! It is pretty large so they have a good variety to chose from. They have a separate room for accessories which you don’t always see at the smaller stores.
The employees were very friendly here and three people asked me if I was finding everything alright while I was shopping. I appreciate that in a store like Forever 21, often times there is no employee in sight to help you grab something from one of their higher displays.
You know what you get when you come here. You aren’t going to get high quality cloths but you will get some pretty stuff that will last you for the time being.
