Silly high prices. Staff seems fairly naïve; do your research before and after leaving this place. Customer service is lacking.

The best place in town. The people are nice, honesty and know what they are doing. Try them out first.

I would have given zero stars if that were possible. I had a horrible experience at this shop. I bought a tank that would not attach properly causing it to leak and brought it back after 1 – 2 weeks hoping for some assistance in fixing it. When the staff were unable to fix it they blamed me for the problem. First, he accused me of switching out the glass part of the tank. Then later, he stated that I could not have bought the tank from there because there was an additional air hole in the bottom and they did not sell any with an extra hole (I noticed this additional hole myself shortly after I purchased it and thought it was very strange because it is not normally there and the hole did not even go all the way through). I kind of expected that they would not do a refund or exchange but the fact that he blamed me for the problem and then accused me of lying about buying it there was extremely rude not to mention horrible customer service. I went to another vape shop after leaving Hazy Vapes and the staff inspected this tank. Their conclusion was that the O-​rings had been switched out making it no longer fit together properly. It is clear to me that Hazy Vapes either stocks defective products from a shady vendor or the staff there are modifying the products (i.e. trying to drill additional air holes, changing O-​rings) and then selling them as if they are new. They give vape shops a bad name and I would not trust any product purchased in their business.
