Nice location, very clean and comfortable atmosphere. The process works but it is VERY pricy. ($ 1100 for upper lip, $ 5000 for face and neck) Their commercials that claim affordable refer to their 60 month financing which is a rip off.
I went for a visit and during the consultation was told it would be highly effective, after the 1^st treatment the technician told me the consultant was mistaken and that I was not treatable due to my hair’s pigment. I have sense went to a dermatologist who has been able to perform the work much cheaper.
My wife was 5 minutes late for an appointment once and was told she would have to re-​schedule, twice they have been 30 – 40 minutes late for her appointment.
For the price you pay they should be punctual and if you are 5 minutes late they should work you in.

It’s my first time getting lazier hair removal and these people made sure it was the best experience I’ll ever get. They say down with me and made sure I understood everything. And they offered great value and package prices for me. Overall this was a great experience and I totally recommend it to everyone

My experience at Ideal Image has been nothing short of amazing! The staff – from consultation, front desk and medical professionals is what makes this place special. Most of my treatments have been with Katie, Shanna or Taryn and they all make it a pleasant experience. They are very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Now let’s talk results… WOW…probably the best cosmetic procedure I have ever had. I could tell a huge difference even with my very first session. I was told that I was a very good candidate because I have fair skin and dark hair, boy were they right! I am at the end of my sessions now and am almost completely hairless! The procedure is somewhat uncomfortable. I would describe it as a cold burst followed by a rubber band snap. They offer you a numbing gel that can be applied prior to your visit. It was never so bad that I felt that I needed that. It’s definitely no worse than being waxed or threaded and at least you don’t have to keep doing this forever!
