Big changes must have happened since the last reviews because I had a great experience here! Friendly, fun, and very welcoming staff! The clothes are adorable and could probably be described as trendy with a classic base. Can’t wait to get paid again so I can go back!

Went in this store with my daughter planning to buy items, the service was horrible! There were 2 ladies at the checkout counter who never acknowledged us, giggling, making us feel very uncomfortable. We left and went two doors down to Francesca’s and purchased items there! Told their cashiers about our experience and learned this was standard. Will not be going back to Ivy and Leo but Francesca’s HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Cute clothes, but absolutely horrible service. The 3 employees working were standing around the cash wrap only talking to each other and not helping other customers. I was never greeted by anyone, nor anyone else that I saw come in behind me. When I walked by the employees, they were discussing their jobs negatively, and one remarked, «don’t worry, they can’t fire you for no reason». I understand that they were teenagers and this is likely their first jobs, but I would be horrified if these were my employees. I will not be returning.

This store has some beautiful, beautiful things! At first glance I feel in love with Ivy and Leo. My biggest problems here from the first two times visiting is the service and the size selection. First off no one greeted me and then all I heard was the employees discussing what college they were going to. Which is fine, but it would have been great to get a hello first. They did notice I was carrying around a bit and offered to start a dressing room for me.
My biggest issue was that the store was only open for two weeks and they had barely any smalls left in a lot of the styles. I went back a week later and still the same problem. This might just be something were they need to see what people are buying so they know what to order and right now don’t have the ordering quite right. But, it is really disappointing to like multiple things and have there be no smalls in sight.
Even with all that I will be back for sure. They have some nice pieces (when they have your size) at pretty affordable price points. I would put it on par with like Francesca’s Collection. If you like shopping at Francesca’s definitely give Ivy & Leo a try. They are a chain out of Charlotte with stores in NC and SC, it is nice to keep it semi-​local!
